Privacy notice

What we collect from the website

If you add your name to the list: your name, email, whether your business is operating or closed, and its headcount range. If you create an account: your name, title, email, phone, and notification choice; later, the business details needed for the contract. Identity, tax, and bank details for the payout are collected and held by Stripe; Spakari receives the verification results.

Where it lives

Account and list information is stored separately from every business record and never enters the package or any model call.

Your documents and conversations

Your documents and conversations are seen only by Spakari and the vendors we contract, all bound by confidentiality, and only to build your package. What a buyer receives is anonymized: no names, no identifying numbers, no addresses; your employees appear only by their roles. Your employees' names never leave Spakari, and when your package is complete they are removed from our systems.

Spakari makes no claim on your original documents or files. Identifying numbers are removed the moment a file is read and never carried into any record. Only the few people at Spakari who need to see your original files can open them, and we delete the files on a set schedule. When your package is complete, your employees' names are removed from our systems. Spakari retains the anonymized data and everything built from it, including the redacted text of the conversations.
