- You own your original documents and records. Spakari makes no claim on them.
- Spakari owns the anonymized data and the conversations collected on the platform.
- Nothing personal about you or anyone in your business is in the package.
- Your contract lists every document you agree to provide, with the years each one covers; the payout is for the complete list.
- The payout amount is set in your contract and paid when the contract is fulfilled.
- You confirm that the business is privately owned, that it is not a healthcare business, and that you won't upload your customers' or clients' own records. A false confirmation is a breach: removal, deletion of records, and no payout.
